Polylactic acid is a polymer obtained by polymerization with lactic acid as the main raw material. The raw material source is sufficient and can be regenerated. It mainly takes corn and cassava as raw materials. The production process of polylactic acid is pollution-free, and the product can be biodegradable to realize the circulation in nature. Therefore, it is an ideal green polymer material. Polylactic acid has good thermal stability, processing temperature of 170 ~ 230 ℃, and good solvent resistance. It can be processed in many ways, such as extrusion, spinning, biaxial stretching and injection blow molding. In addition to biodegradation, the products made of polylactic acid have good biocompatibility, gloss, transparency, hand feel and heat resistance, as well as certain bacterial resistance, flame retardancy and UV resistance. Therefore, they are widely used as packaging materials, fibers and non-woven fabrics. At present, they are mainly used in clothing (underwear, outerwear), industry (construction, agriculture, forestry Papermaking) and medical and health care.
PBAT is a semi crystalline polymer. The crystallization temperature is usually around 110 ℃, the melting point is about 130 ℃, and the density is between 1.18g/ml and 1.3g/ml. The crystallinity of PBAT is about 30%, and the shore hardness is more than 85. PBAT is a copolymer of aliphatic and aromatic polyesters, which combines the excellent degradation properties of aliphatic polyesters and the good mechanical properties of aromatic polyesters. The processing performance of PBAT is very similar to that of LDPE. LDPE processing equipment can be used for film blowing.
